Refund & Return Policy
At Kosha Art, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase of our unique crystal treasures.
1. 14-Day Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Shipping & Handling Fees

Customer Remorse: For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to our China factory.

Restocking Fee: Returns requested after the initial 14-day window but within 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
3. 30-Day Quality Assurance If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We will cover the costs of repair or replacement, including reshipment fees.
4. Refund Process We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
