1. 14-Day Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Shipping and Handling Fees

Customer Remorse: For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our China factory.

Restocking Fee: Returns requested after the initial 14-day window but within 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
3. Quality Guarantee within 30 Days: If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We will cover the cost of repair or replacement, including reshipment.
4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
